Who Will You Work With :

Our client is a renowned name in the automotive industry, committed to innovation and quality in vehicle technologies. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team at their advanced facility in Częstochowa, Poland , working onsite to develop and support critical test infrastructure and solutions for automotive electronic components.

About the Role :

As a Test Engineer , you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated test equipment and tooling. You will work closely with product and test teams to improve testing efficiency, ensure product quality, and resolve complex issues involving hardware and software interfaces.

This is a -month onsite contract with a strong possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop test equipment and tooling based on technical specifications.

Program and implement automated test solutions such as ICT, FLASH, Burn-in Test, Hot Board Test, and FFT.

Utilize automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN / FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.

Work with testing tools and software such as CANoe, TestStand, Canalyzer, ECU Analyzer, and FlashTaskPro.

Operate electronic measurement and programming devices such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Promik, Algocraft, NI-PXI, Vector tools, ValueCAN, Radmoon, etc.

Interpret and analyze analog and digital electronic circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.

Perform root cause analysis across software, hardware, harness, fixture, and documentation layers.

Troubleshoot issues down to the software function or single component level.

Automate test processes including integration with SMEMA and iTAC systems.

Create specifications, test plans, and work instructions.

Collaborate with engineering centers to review and improve testability (TCM).

Assemble, wire, and install electromechanical sub-assemblies into testing machines.

Review test equipment performance and propose improvements to maintain quality and safety standards.

Preferred Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with test automation in an automotive electronics environment.

Proficiency in high-level programming for test equipment automation.

Solid understanding of communication protocols and diagnostic tools used in automotive applications.

Strong problem-solving skills in both hardware and software contexts.

Prior experience with system integration, SMEMA, iTAC, and TCM processes is a plus.
