Job descriptionDegree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in power electronics or similar. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills in English (German) is an advantage).

- Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process of power converters.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Monitor and analyze production and field data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis, 8D reports and implement corrective actions.
- Support audits and maintain documentation according to ISO standards.
- Support in improving internal processes
