We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Manager to our client -a global payment aggregator helping businesses worldwide accept online payments via cards, e-wallets, and local methods. As they expand into new markets and onboard fast-scaling clients, they are building a high-performing sales team to power the next stage of growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants across international markets.
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales : from lead generation and pitching to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to manage and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
- Stay on top of industry trends and client needs to drive value-based selling.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
Requirements :
1+ year of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, e-commerce, SaaS, or IT.Proven success in l ead generation and closing new client partnerships.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar.Intermediate+ level of English (for international client communication).A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset.Understanding of online payments, acquiring, or payment solutions is a strong plus.The Employer Offers :
