Job Description
As an HR manager, you will provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.Offer guidance and expertise in employee relations, policy application, and workplace best practices.Continuously evaluate and improve organizational processes and overall business performance through observation and analysis.Support cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks, focusing on minimizing employment-related issues and risks.Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project and initiative progress.Ideal Profile
Targeted Qualifications
Fluency in English Language, C1 level or Higher.Proficiency in Polish langauge or another European language will be considered a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of employment legislation and experience with enterprise or collective labor agreements.Min. of 3 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and recruitment tools.Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience working in a high-volume or fast-paced environment such as BPO, shared services, or similar industries.Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting to support decision-making.Demonstrated leadership experience with a strong people management focus.Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.Interpersonal Skills
