What you get to do in this role :
- Work with our global teams to define and implement an AI driven claims handling experience.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to design, build, launch, and iterate on products that are grounded in deep understanding of customer needs.
- Define and measure adoption and business impact of market-leading product in the claims handling space.
- Make tough prioritization decisions and maintain a balance between both the product roadmap and the need to hit a high-quality bar.
Required Skills and Experience :
Experience in product management at a commercial enterprise software company serving the B2B market. Insurance background is a plus.Experience driving a discovery process including capturing data, analysis, forming a hypothesis, and testing.Experience working on a distributed team, and ensuring close communication and alignment.Experience and knowledge in cloud technology concepts including workflows, tools, and architecture is a plus.Experience and knowledge working with Machine Learning and Analytics, including Generative AI is a plus.Experience in InsurTech, FinTech, and / or P&C domain knowledge is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical major; Masters preferred but not required.
