We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our HRBP Team in fast growing Shared Service Centre (SSC).

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Serving as HR point of contact for managers and assistant managers, provide day-to-day management and operational oversight on a wide range of human capital issues
- Supporting managers in the hiring process of by managing the headcount approval process and advising on resourcing strategies.
- Supporting HR Business Partners in analyzing and interpreting data trends, generating comprehensive reports, and preparing metrics to support the decision-making for Leadership.
- Collaborating with Benefits team - collecting documents delivered by employees and checking the accuracy, providing support to employees with regards to documents needed, forms etc., benefits administration, cooperation with external vendors and partners.
- Contributing to Talent Management strategy implementation & execution – providing support in preparation of development and training programs, communication and organization of trainings.
- Focusing on the digitalization and transformation within HR team.
- Managing and / or contributing to local and / or global projects and strategic initiatives.

Proven experience on similar role in Poland with focus on HRBP support and benefitsGood knowledge of Polish labour lawExperience running reports from an HR systemFamiliarity with benefits systems and data managementComputer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used softwareAbility to communicate (verbal & written) proficiently in English and PolishReporting and metrics : expertise in building KPIs and metrics, develop reports and assemble repeatable dashboardsGood organizational skills, accuracy, and time management (attention to detail is critical)People skills : communicative, collaborative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment is a must haveInnovative thinker, willing to turn ideas on their head.
