Product Manager-Copy Trading Platform

Position Title : Product Owner – Copy Trading Platform

Reporting Line : Reports directly to the CEO

Location : Remote – European time zone (between London and Dubai preferred).

General Purpose : Own the vision, conceptualization, and delivery of the front‑end experience for the company’s new copy‑trading platform. While the back‑end engine is largely built, this role is responsible for shaping the entire consumer‑facing product, ensuring an engaging, competitive, and business‑driving UI / UX. Act as the business‑focused “mini‑CEO” of the product, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on product ownership to launch and grow the platform.

Specific Objectives (first 12 months)

• Conceptualize, define, and deliver the full front‑end of the copy‑trading platform, translating back‑end capabilities into a seamless and engaging user journey.
• Execute the initial launch of the platform and manage the transition from the existing vendor (Brokery).
• Drive UI / UX design and consumer experience, ensuring significant improvements over competitor solutions.
• Partner with Head of Product and development teams to ensure smooth integration with back‑end and CRM systems.
• Establish product growth metrics (conversion funnels, retention, user engagement) and optimize continuously.
• Introduce A / B testing and hypothesis‑driven experiments to refine and validate product improvements.
• Benchmark against leading FinTech / iGaming platforms to identify and adopt best‑in‑class design patterns.
