The Role :
We're seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to lead the creation of compelling marketing case studies, manage brand identity across all channels, and develop engaging collateral that resonates with our clients in the AEC and technology sectors. This role bridges storytelling and strategy, ensuring our voice is consistent, powerful, and positioned to win work.
We are a fast-growing company seeking to make marketing a strategic driver of our growth by supporting and driving sales. Ability to use AI to create client-ready deliverables is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management
- Own and evolve the company's brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Train and support teams on brand usage and storytelling standards.
Case Study Development
Collaborate with project teams to identify, research, and write high-impact case studies showcasing project successes, client value, and technical innovation.Ensure narratives are client-focused, aligned with business development goals, and technically accurate.Marketing & Sales Collateral Creation
Design or oversee the production of brochures, pitch decks, whitepapers, trade show materials, one-pagers, and digital content (e.g. website copy, blog posts, lead magnets, and email campaigns).Work closely with business development and project delivery teams to tailor sales collateral for different customer segments.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal marketing team, external marketing consultants, business development, and executive leadership to amplify thought leadership and project success stories.Align content strategy with marketing campaigns, conferences, RFPs and go-to-market plans.Key Qualities for Success
Storytelling : Can turn technical projects into compelling, client-focused narratives.Brand Stewardship : Deep understanding of brand identity and ability to uphold and evolve it.Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration : Comfortable working with engineers, architects, technologists, and executives.Detail-Oriented : Accuracy in content, adherence to guidelines, and consistency across channels.Design Sensibility : A good eye for layout, visual hierarchy, and brand-aligned design, even if you're not a designer.Project Management : Ability to juggle multiple content initiatives with overlapping deadlines.Apply If You Have :
5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the AEC, technology, or professional services industries.Prior experience creating case studies, whitepapers, and client-facing marketing assets.Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed and / or global team environment.Proven ability to partner with technical subject matter experts to translate complexity into clarity under tight deadlines.Strong writing and editing skills.A self-starter mindset with experience owning end-to-end marketing efforts independently.Comfort wearing multiple hats and executing hands-on work with minimal guidance or oversight.English proficiency at C1 / C2 level.Even Better If You Have :
Familiarity with construction technology, VDC / BIM.Understanding of AEC project lifecycles, RFPs / RFQs, and client types.Experience with website content management in WordPress and automated email campaigns.Some design experience with Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.Compensation and featured benefits :
