Customer Payment and Credit Services is one of our critical teams at the company and we are looking for a Customer Payment and Credit Services Specialist colleague who will perform internal, as well as external, order to cash activities in order to provide operational / business support to external and internal customers for the company’s products and services. One of the main responsibilities of this role is to mitigate the given Credit Risk for Align Technology whilst enabling optimum business performance, within Align Technology’s Global Policies and within the set the parameters of Align’s Values. Working together with regional Sales, Customer Success and Business Operations Teams in Poland, the regional EMEA HQ in Switzerland and the Global Shared Service Centre in Costa Rica, you will also analyse operational processes, establish escalation procedures and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements. The location of your office will be Wrocław. We can offer a hybrid work model (2 HO days). In this role, you will… Securing on-time Customer payments and providing them with requested documents Handling incoming and outgoing calls (internal as well as external) Dealing with high volume of queries (via email, tickets, calls) Daily contact with Sales Teams, Customer Payment and Credit Services Teams, SSC Costa Rica Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions and follow up Allocating and clarifying payments and performing account reconciliations when required Pro-actively managing the pre-due, dunning and overdue processes Analyzing and follow up Payment Plans Liaising with the third party collection agency In this role, you’ll need … Order to Cash experience (minimum 2 years) Bachelor Degree in Finance or related area Self-management and good organization skills Assertive and knowing how to deal with difficult situations Next to your native language, you are fluent in English and desirable German Customer centric with strong negotiating skills in contact with customers Motivated to broaden your knowledge and experience in all aspects of Order to Cash Strong, Efficient communication and problem solving skills SAP and Excel, knowledge of Salesforce, BI would be beneficial Continues Improvement mindset, Implementing new procedures and efficiency gains
