Your Contribution

Implementation of change request on the modules ( Learning, Recruiting and Onboarding)

Implementation if new functions or overall implementation within new countries / regions

Work on regular release changes

Analysis of business processes to optimize the existing environment

Solution design, customization, implementation and roll-out to various global plants and locations based on global processes

Strategic development of the cloud landscape and the interface / integration with corresponding systems or Add-On’s

Project Management within the IT HCM area that includes Time, Budget & Integration to other IT projects

Your Experience & Qualifications

Around 3 years of experience in advising and implementing SAP SuccessFactors

Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics or comparable education

Fluent in English

Understand the overall SF platform and the data flow and cross-module effects

Previous experience in IT project management (planning and implementation)

SAP Certified Application Associate within the relevant areas beneficial

Ability to work on own initiative, in a team environment

Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT system
