Job descriptionMonitor project execution within the assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking Verify financial KPIs for projects in the portfolio Track project progress, including milestone monitoring Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal project execution methodologies Provide support in organizing status meetings and maintaining communication with stakeholders Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure project delivery Present audit results and recommendations to business stakeholders Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies Support project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and cost estimation Contribute to knowledge management processes covering key phases of the project lifecycle (sales and delivery) Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role, with proven and practical experience in the banking sector – mandatory Experience in risk assessment Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of reporting / control techniques in project execution Excellent organizational, negotiation, and assertiveness skills Proficiency in delivering presentations and conducting training sessions Strong communication skills, flexibility, engagement, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Residency in Poland required, with occasional office visits once per quarter Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People
