Demand Planner

Miejsce pracy : Węgrów

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the forecasting (deviations, trends, seasonality) and planning to maintain the balance between supply and demand in terms of capacity and inventories for finished goods
  • You coordinate and plan raw materials ordering with the purchasing department
  • You set planning parameters for inventory planning (e.g. planning strategy, inventory range, etc.)
  • You are responsible for sufficient available inventory and analyze target / actual deviations
  • You will coordinate with different stakeholders like purchasing, marketing, operations, production and quality teams.
  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Your goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

Our requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Demand Planning
  • You have gained 3 years of professional experience in this field, preferably in FMCG
  • Very good communication skills and a strong ability to react flexible on different workload in an international, dynamic environment
  • Experience in usage of ERP systems like SAP, Odoo or other comparable ERP systems
  • Fluency in English. Any other European language would be an advantage
  • Positive mindset, innovative thinking and assertiveness. Enthusiastic team player and also like to think out of the box
  • Very distinct independent work behaviour
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel literacy
