Technology Partnerships Manager

Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology partnership strategy aligned with SALESmanago’s product roadmap and GTM focus.
- Identify and prioritize strategic partner categories across Martech, ecommerce, AI / ML, CRM, CDP, and analytics.
- Lead the full lifecycle of partner acquisition : sourcing, qualification, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
- Manage the technical onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring seamless and high-quality API-level integrations.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic partners, driving collaboration, performance, and mutual growth.
- Co-create and launch joint go-to-market initiatives including co-branded content, webinars, events, and integrated campaigns.
- Run structured business reviews with partners to define KPIs, monitor impact, and optimize performance.
- Partner closely with Product to align on integration priorities, share feedback loops, and influence the roadmap.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with partner insights, joint value propositions, and co-selling opportunities.
- Continuously benchmark our ecosystem against leading competitors to ensure differentiation and market relevance
- Own providing access to partner platforms so our internal teams have access to setup demos or create needed integrations
Our requirements
3+ years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.Deep familiarity with the MarTech landscape (Marketing Automation, CDP, E-commerce, Personalization) is essentialExperience & energized by driving deals & revenue through technology partnershipsStrong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of APIs, platform integrations, and the software development lifecycle.Experience developing and executing joint GTM and co-marketing plans that drive measurable results.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English, other languages will be an added advantageWhat we offer
