  • We are looking for a Business-System Analyst to join a project in the banking sector focused on transforming credit processes. As part of our team, you will play a key role in redesigning critical solutions and developing a new customer monitoring process. The project aims to build and enhance existing services within the application, covering both front-end and back-end components, to support credit processes for business clients.

    • responsibilities :

  • Preparing business and system analyses for banking applications
  • Collaborating with business units to define business requirements
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements, as well as preparing and validating user stories
  • Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to support application development and ensure high quality
  • Modeling functionalities using UML and BPMN
  • Creating and maintaining functional documentation
  • Providing support for applications in the test environment

    • requirements-expected :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and systems analysis within the banking or financial sector
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database query tools
  • Proven experience with system integration, including REST APIs and Kafka
  • Ability to create and interpret UML and BPMN models, familiarity with Enterprise Architect or similar tools
  • Experience using tools such as Postman or similar
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
