About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with experience in Node.js, JavaScript and React JS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and should possess strong English language skills. Experience in Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js JavaScript and React JS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and maintain best practices in software development.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the development process.
Ensure that all development work follows established guidelines and meets the company's standards.
Collaborate with the analytics team to integrate data-driven features into applications.

Requirements :

Must have strong experience in Node.js JavaScript and React JS.

Should have a proven track record of developing high-quality web applications.

Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Should have experience in working in a hybrid work model.

Must have strong communication skills in English (Read / Write Speak).

Nice to have experience in the Analytics domain.

Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.

Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle.

Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Should have experience with version control systems like Git.

Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Should have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
