Who we’re looking for :

• Hands-on data engineer nbsp;withnbsp; 4 + years nbsp;building production-grade analytics solutions.
• Expert innbsp; Python nbsp;and data-manipulation libraries (NumPy, pandas, PySpark / Spark SQL).
• Advancednbsp; SQL for OLAP nbsp;skills; able to model large, complex datasets for fast analytical queries.
• Proven experience designing and operatingnbsp; big-data pipelines nbsp;(batch or streaming) and delivering visual insights through modern dashboards.
• Comfortable integrating heterogeneous systems and troubleshooting data quality issues in demanding environments.
• Fluentnbsp; English nbsp;communicator who thrives in distributed Agile teams (Kanban / Scrum).
• Eligible to worknbsp; remotely from anywhere in Poland nbsp;and available to startnbsp; ASAP nbsp;on a 6-month B2B contract (high chance of extension).

What you’ll do :

Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform and serve multi-terabyte datasets.

Integrate new data sources quickly—regardless of technical hurdles or business constraints—while upholding security and governance standards.

Perform exploratory data analysis, create OLAP models and craft intuitive dashboards for stakeholders across the business.

Collaborate daily with data scientists, analysts and engineers in a mixed client / consultancy team, contributing to architecture reviews and code quality initiatives.

Ship increments in two-week sprints or Kanban flow, automating testing and deployment wherever possible.
