Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategy to improve customer repeat rate :Expand into new target markets, with a focus on domestic and regional travelers
Design and implement loyalty-driven mechanics to foster repeat behaviorLead the Revenue Management track :Scale our dynamic pricing tool and evolve pricing optimization
Identify, validate, and launch new revenue streams and optimize existing onesSet clear objectives, build and prioritize roadmaps, and drive product initiatives from concept to launchCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, Supply) to deliver impactful solutionsDefine and drive KPIs across retention, revenue, and customer engagement; apply insights to continuously refine strategyChampion experimentation and A / B testing as a driver of growth and decision-makingRequirements
Advanced level of EnglishProven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Senior Product ManagerStrong background in customer retention, monetization, or revenue managementAbility to define and deliver strategic roadmaps with measurable business impactSolid analytical skills; confident working with SQL or similar tools to deep dive into dataSelf-organized, with strong prioritization and time managementExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsNice to Have
Experience in OTA / e-commerce platformsKnowledge of loyalty programs, subscription models, or gamification mechanicsFamiliarity with pricing optimization and revenue management toolsExposure to Machine Learning applications in pricing or personalizationBenefits
