As a

Recruitment Specialist (m / f / d)

you will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Director based in Tychy for a permanent contract to support the growth of the business by attracting and recruiting the best profiles, improving our recruitment performance and candidate experience.

Mission

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies by managing the annual hiring plan for (Senior-) managers and specialists, developing action plans to attract top talents.
• Drive recruitment operations and performance through accurate ATS data management, KPI tracking, reporting and budget monitoring.
• Bringing an international and data-driven focus to act as talent advisor for our international recruitment community including guidance to other countries such as continuous process improvements.
• Enhance employer branding and talent attraction by organizing and participating in job fairs, school relations, and other employer-branding events.
• Partner closely with stakeholders - including managerial staff, HRBPs, and new hires—by supporting candidate selection, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building strong collaborative relationships.
