We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics solutions while fostering strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams.

As a dedicated expert, you will leverage your technical expertise and delivery acumen to ensure successful outcomes and drive innovation, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery for assigned client accounts
• Act as a single point of accountability for delivery-related matters such as escalations, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs
• Establish and oversee sound governance processes for delivery management and production aligned with predefined delivery models
• Ensure optimal resource allocation by aligning required skills and seniority with project delivery needs
• Drive technical leadership to define and implement future-proof architectures that meet high technical and quality standards
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and disciplines
• Strengthen and maintain long-term client relationships while addressing customer concerns and managing risks effectively
• Develop and manage delivery roadmaps, along with estimates for timelines, resources, and quality standards
• Ensure project alignment with EPAM delivery methodologies, with a focus on agile delivery models
• Lead the preparation of customer proposals, statements of work, and sales activities, including bid support
• Facilitate the proactive management of risks across the delivery lifecycle, supported by well-structured strategies
• Align the customer’s responsibilities with delivery expectations for successful execution
• Champion continuous improvement, KPI tracking, and team growth within the local Data Practice

Requirements

• Expertise in delivering Data & Analytics, Big Data, and Business Intelligence projects with knowledge of best practices and modern solutions
• Strong experience with data platform engineering, including batch/streaming ingestion, storage, processing, and data integration strategies
• Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting customer business requirements to deploy Data & Analytics solutions
• Familiarity with diverse Data & Analytics technology stacks and tools (e.g., Python, data mining, AI, ML, predictive analytics, data modeling)
• Proven track record in delivering AI/ML-driven projects and predictive analytics use cases, with expertise in integrating LLMs and GenAI technologies into SDLC
• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, privacy, and ethical Data/AI frameworks
• Experience with advanced data visualization techniques and tools
• Proficiency in Agile and other project delivery methodologies
• Deep understanding of data security challenges and approaches
• Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem-to-cloud migration projects
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Solid grasp of software development and product lifecycle methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to scale technical solutions from the ground up

• Experience in building cross-functional data capabilities from scratch
• Proficiency in leading large-scale transformations backed by cloud and AI-driven innovations
• Familiarity with up-and-coming tools and technologies in the Data & Analytics space
• Clear track record of delivering compelling presentations to senior leadership teams and large audiences
