- Manage business process design and support delivery efforts including developing the business logic and business process optimization.
- Works with Product Management Team in understanding the business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
- Lead and / or Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Research new areas for product coverage expansion in order to acquire expertise to support development
- Support analysis teams to elicit detailed business designs and partner with domain and technical teams to develop business process as required.
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems / opportunities that may include process improvement and / or enhancement.

Contribute to or lead the relevant Agile ceremonies.Supports and provides direction to scrum team to ensure that process design guidance is consistent with overall product direction.With the team, supports the on-time delivery of high-quality software releases, managing dependencies and deliverables across the organization.Create all the artefacts, such as the user stories and supporting attachments, needed by the team to develop new features and functionalities or amend existing ones.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather ideas and / or requirements in order to create the appropriate solutions.20% Customer and field support :
Contribute to customer facing sales and / or implementation teams, providing product knowledge and pertinent best practices.Support Demo strategy, planning and contribute to the successful delivery.Supports constructive relationships with current and new clients, helping existing account teams as needed with troubleshooting, facilitation, training, and advocacy.What You'll Do at Pega :
