About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Lead with a strong finance background to support the centralization of Data Insights and Analytics (D&A) . The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in restructuring Finance Cost Centers and ensuring a globally aligned approach to cost center definitions.

This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance , particularly in Cost Centers structure and ASM (Account Structure Management) . The candidate will drive governance, process coordination, risk assessment, and communication of key milestones across the organization.

YOU WILL

  • Governance Meetings : Lead governance meetings with key stakeholders from Finance and P&C, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Risk Assessment : Implement and oversee risk assessment measures to mitigate potential financial and operational risks associated with cost center restructuration.
  • Process Coordination : Facilitate the standardization and centralization of finance master data , working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication of Milestones : Ensure transparency by effectively communicating key milestones, progress updates, and project impacts to senior leadership and relevant teams.
  • Data Management & Master Data Updates : Support the maintenance and optimization of finance master data to align with global cost center restructuring efforts.
  • Collaboration with D&A Teams : Work closely with the D&A central function to ensure that cost center structures reflect business intelligence needs.
  • Change Management & Implementation : Lead the transition and adoption of new cost center definitions and structures across multiple geographies.

YOU NEED

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or finance project management.
  • Proven experience in cost center restructuring and financial data governance .
  • Strong knowledge of ASM (Account Structure Management) and finance master data processes .
  • Experience leading projects in an international, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar platforms .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic business environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in working with global finance transformations .
  • Background in Data & Analytics projects related to finance.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
