Pracę na pełen etat w trybie zdalnym (na terenie Polski)
Zatrudnienie na podstawie umowy o pracę tymczasową na 6 miesięcy (z możliwością przedłużenia)
Wynagrodzenie : 7 541 PLN brutto

Bezpośrednia komunikacja z klientami za pośrednictwem czatu na stronie internetowej

Profesjonalna obsługa zapytań klientów oraz pomoc w przypadku ewentualnych trudności

Weryfikacja i prawidłowe wprowadzanie informacji o klientach do bazy danych CRM

Codzienna współpraca z międzynarodowym zespołem marketingowym

oczekujemy

Bardzo dobrej znajomości języka francuskiego oraz angielskiego

Umiejętności obsługi komputera, znajomości narzędzi Microsoft Excel / Word

Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta - mile widziane

Dokładności i zaangażowania w pracę

Dobrych zdolności komunikacyjnych
