- Acquiring new customers in the field of sea, air and rail transport
- Establishing positive and long-term relationships with clients
- Co-creation of a budget for the sales territory
- Participation in the preparation and implementation of the sales strategy
- Negotiating terms of cooperation and preparing commercial offers
- Analysis of customers' transport needs and selection of optimal, individual solutions
- Updating customer data and statuses in the CRM system
- Preparation of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Monitoring current competition and current trends in the industry
- Participation in fairs, conferences and business meetings
