Job descriptionWe are hiring a Lead Product Manager on behalf of one of our clients — a rapidly scaling technology group behind a suite of AI-powered mobile applications. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, offering full ownership of the mobile product portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset, a user-obsessed approach, and a proven track record of building mobile applications from zero to millions of users. Salary : up to 35,600 PLN per month 100% Remote from Poland Full-time Contract of Employment / B2B Shape and drive the strategic vision for a portfolio of AI-driven mobile apps across iOS and Android Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept development and user research to launch and continuous refinement Establish, monitor, and enhance key performance indicators tied to user acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth Translate user behavior data into product improvements using tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, or Mixpanel Plan and implement experiments to test hypotheses around onboarding, pricing, subscription trials, and in-app conversions Partner closely with cross-functional teams — including engineers, designers, marketers, and data analysts — to bring product ideas to life Collaborate with user acquisition and ASO specialists to align product direction with growth and visibility goals Oversee the thoughtful integration of AI technologies, including LLMs and recommendation engines, into core user journeys Support international growth by identifying opportunities for localization A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience leading product development — ideally focused on consumer-facing mobile applications Proven success launching products from zero to one — including ideation, MVP delivery, and scaling phases Previous experience working in fast-paced startup settings Demonstrated ability to build and grow mobile apps on iOS and / or Android platforms Hands-on experience with AI-driven product features such as intelligent chat interfaces, and personalized user flows Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, and smart UX systems Confident working with product analytics, able to define key metrics, and build user funnels Comfortable using platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase to derive insights Familiar with growth loops and in-app monetization strategies Skilled in agile product development processes and experienced in leading cross-functional squads remote work opportunities
