Your role
- Ensure the architecture and security of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the Strategic Portfolio Management module, aligning with business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
- Lead the technical direction of ServiceNow, developing reusable components, automation, and integrations to maximize platform features
- Co-develop the product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders
- Collaborate with business units to design, build, test, and maintain scalable solutions, including necessary documentation
- Enhance and maintain solutions created by ServiceNow Vendors, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes
- Influence roadmaps for other product lines and platforms in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation using ServiceNow best practices and latest features, leveraging Design Thinking, scripting, and UI / UX skills
- Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow capabilities, adapting them to meet organizational needs
Your skills
Technical expertise in ServiceNow, including platform knowledge, data model, app development, scripting, and integrationsOver 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including technical architecture, design, and solutions, specifically in Service Portal and mobile appsAdvanced knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)Experience with other product lines like ITSM and HRSD is advantageousFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and tools like ServiceNow Agile Dev PluginStrong stakeholder management skills, including conflict resolution and expectation-settingAbility to prioritize and manage multiple requirements and issues with a focus on the product roadmapExtensive experience in change management, introducing new features to end-users through training, documentation, and feedbackExcellent vendor management skillsParticipate in a hybrid work model based in Warsaw, with in-office presence required once a weekJob no.240627-N7239
