Merchant and Partner Onboarding Coordinator

• As part of Global Operations, you’ll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. • What you will do :
• Preparing onboarding forms for Sales and / or Customers
• Contacting customers to support them with getting through AML and KYC process
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
• Escalate any issues raised within the onboarding process and drive them towards resolution
• Complete welcome calls and training calls to customers
• Provide trainings to Sales teams on the onboarding process when required
• Manage large customer implementations
• Who you are :
• Excellent English knowledge, knowledge of French, German or Italian is an asset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience within account management and / or client success experience will be an advantage
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
