Job Title : Data Protection Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the deployment of the Data Protection Framework at central and local levels.
  • Coordinate Privacy By Design Assessments, including Privacy Impact and Assessment Questionnaires.
  • Create and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and provide assessments of data protection risks for business projects.
  • Develop and update Data Protection Guidelines and deliver training to ensure compliance.
  • Support the preparation of Data Protection Steering Committees.
  • Ensure consistency in the Data Office Procedures Framework and communicate updates effectively.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Academic degree in data governance, data protection, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data protection or data privacy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of asset management and data protection technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
