Overview

We develop and support software platform composed of numerous modules and features to cover the entire corporate credit chain process used to serve corporate clients and large institutions. System is used worldwide in 50 countries internally by thousands of employees since 2019. We run interesting projects including programs covering Net-Zero Banking Alliance and Environment, Social & Governance. We use Scrum with monthly deployments to few worldwide production sites. System is developed by several feature teams with 5-10 members each cooperating from France, India, Poland. New Polish tech hub started operations in 2023, launching interesting new projects. We provide good environment for technical skill development as we have talents within local and global teams who share knowledge and provide support to others.

IT Business Analyst

Requirements

  • Strong experience on similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of process analysis, ability to synthesize and design support systems
  • Communication and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority
  • Good understanding of software development processes in scrum methodology
  • Understanding of back-end and front-end software development technologies
  • Understanding of usability and user experience topics
  • Experience with software testing and user acceptance processes
  • English language is mandatory as all documents and project communication is in English

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with global Framing team responsible for overall system roadmap evolution to understand long term plans and projects as well as have a good understating of the whole corporate credit platform
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and collect needs for IT systems
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Create high level roadmaps divided into system parts and development streams
  • Prioritize and manage scrum backlog to align sprint products to the roadmap
  • Present functional topics to delivery team and clarify ambiguities
  • Design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts, including the UAT (User Acceptance Test) planning, formalization & execution
  • Proactively drive system enhancements by suggesting areas for improvement
  • Ensure that the appropriate documentation is available for the end user and IT Support
  • Contribute to change management rollout, from deployment plans to user training
