We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of innovative AI solutions. You will independently design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms, contributing to the advancement of AI technologies at BlackLine. You will optimize AI systems for scalability and performance, conduct in-depth data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You'll Get To :

• Independently design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, and real-time applications.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns and insights that inform the AI development process.
• Prototype and test AI applications, refining machine learning techniques to improve model accuracy.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for the seamless deployment of models into production environments.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and product managers.
• Mentor junior AI engineers, providing technical guidance and contributing to their growth.
• Stay abreast of and implement the latest advancements in AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Proactively anticipates the deployment needs of code and infrastructure assets, writing code to facilitate this process effectively.
