Your Responsibilities Will Be
Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives
Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to Customers
Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines / goals established by the client and contact center management
Complete daily tasks as allocated in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide Airbnb community
Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer issues
Identify and escalate issues appropriately
Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails
Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources
Arbitrate in situations between users
Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks in tandem
Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

You are fluent in German (B2 / C1) and English is not foreign to you (B2);
You demonstrate high personal culture;

Other details : Contract Type :
For students under 26 years of age, we offer a contract of mandate ( umowa zlecenie ). For all other candidates, the employment is based on a standard employment contract ( umowa o pracę ).
Working Hours :
Our operations run between 7 : 00 AM and 9 : 00 PM . Work schedules are planned monthly by the supervisor. Initially, the schedule will be more fixed, but once the full team of 60 employees is in place, we will offer more flexibility.
Weekend Work :
The position includes work from Monday to Sunday . On average, employees will be scheduled to work two weekends per month . There is also an option for candidates interested in working only on weekends .
Workload Options :
We offer flexible employment at ½-time, ¾-time, or full-time .
Work Mode :
This is an on-site position .
