Project description

Sesame is a central solution within Sanoma for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). Sesame provides User access (login access etc to users like teachers / students) as well as Product access (to digital materials). Additionally Sesame offers license management, organization management, customer support and self service capabilities to CFAs. Sesame is used in multiple countries and will be onboarded even more.

Your work

The Sesame team in which you will work as an Analyst developing generic services and components to deliver digital educational materials and products. As well as services around user- and product-registration and -access. This strategic platform will offer its services to all Sanoma platforms as well as e-commerce sites in various countries. Currently the team is in the process of upscaling to serve basic demand as well as connecting the various international learning environments.

You enjoy being “Jack of all trades” both within your own team and towards your stakeholders. You investigate the wishes and needs of the organization and the team and translate these into clear requirements and / or suitable solutions. You will analyse and design the data to be retrieved and received from the various school systems and you will design local solutions to replace current ones and develop new concepts to replace them as well as new concepts to be implemented.

Must-have requirements :

• Graduated from related studies with strong interest & tendency towards IT.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an analyst.

• Self-starter
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop high-quality and well-structured business requirements documents, use cases, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Experienced in system integration (Integration of 3rd party tools and services, Data models, rest API’s)
• Scrum / Agile mind-set
• Excellent knowledge of English

• Not afraid to take up complex challenges
• Process engineering / design
• Process flow mapping, entity relationship diagrams / Sequence flow diagrams
• Collaboration with IT Architects, DEV, QA, UX, BA and business stakeholders
• Data analysis

Location : 100% remote work

Business travel and its frequency :

occasional (up to 4 in a year, 1-2 days each)
