Sourcing and Procurement Specialist with English

Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of :

Sourcing & Procurement Specialist with English

Location : Lodz – hybrid / stationary

Responsibilities :

Purchase Orders creation & changes in SAP

General mailbox monitoring and handling client queries

Validating requisitions (operating on the client's system),

Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers

Dispute Management – ability to analysis of issues and provide corrective actions

Interacting with internal and external teams through mail or chat

Working during bank holidays to cover operational tasks

Requirements :

2 / 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement domain

English min. B2

Experience in working with MS Office : Excel, Word, Outlook,

Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes

Analytical mindset

Clear understanding of the big picture as well as data related details

Good team player

Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
