Your responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day back-office accounting process of international entities (US) and compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in coordination efforts with external service providers for international accounting / payroll
• Financial accounting, Fixed asset accounting for the entity
• Key role as part of Finance team with key interfaces with other internal customers and European controllers, A / P, A / R, Company's Group treasury, US Corporate Controlling & Accounting
• Ensure all supplier invoices and staff expenses are approved, with complete back-up , and coding it correctly to projects and chart of accounts
• Liaising with the billings department to ensure all overdue invoices are paid promptly by the customers. Managing bad debt provisions on a monthly basis
• Completion of monthly Bank and Petty Cash reconciliations
• Participate in monthly close process, including financial statement reconciliations, entries & balance sheet analysis, accruals preparation, supporting reporting process for internal / business stakeholders
• Keeping in close contact and cooperation with PL International Accounting team
• Assist in finance related projects, including system automation, new process roll outs
