Your Daily To-Do List 🕹

Conduct KYC checks to ensure client documents meet regulatory standards.

Identify and escalate any red flags to manage risk.

Develop and refine KYC and AML policies to stay compliant with changing regulations.

Support internal teams with compliance questions and maintain well-documented procedures.

Collaborate with global compliance teams to align practices and share insights.

What We’re Looking for 🔍

• 2+ years of experience in KYC / AML compliance, preferably in FinTech, banking, or similar sectors.
• Strong command of Polish and English for both internal and external communication.
• Detail-oriented and proactive about managing compliance risks.
• Knowledge of Polish / EU regulations on AML / KYC; startup experience is a bonus!
• Analytical skills and a responsible approach to handling sensitive information.
