Brief Summary of the Role :

The SAP Warehouse Management (WM / eWM) Lead role is crucial for driving our growth and delivering top-tier advisory, consulting, and implementation services for the upcoming transformations. By ensuring clients' needs are met with excellence and guiding them through their transformation journey, you will help clients achieve optimized and effective solutions. Your leadership in the SAP Warehouse Management (WM / eWM) stream will ensure successful project alignment and implementation, ultimately enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Experience :

  • Understanding of Manufacturing, Automotive or Utilities industry trends and best practices with proven track record on process optimizations for finance and controlling area and proficiency to talk to our clients on various levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners).
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic direction of the transformation project.
  • Proven experience as a Stream Lead, particularly within SAP S / 4HANA Transformation and Rollout projects having professional stream lead experience in successfully Designing, Build and rollout of standard and industry specific processes on SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide customer on their decision towards green field, selective data or brownfield approach when moving to S / 4HANA
  • Expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (eWM) modules with excellent understanding of the differences and advantages of eWM over WM, especially in the context of S / 4HANA
  • Conduct top-down workshops to advise and direct clients on their individual needs. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Warehousing processes including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, Yard Management, Replenishment, Equipment Management and warehouse automation
  • Deep Knowledge on how to best configure and customize SAP WM / eWM solutions ensuring a smooth integration of eWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems
  • Expertise in SAP HANA's real-time analytics capabilities and ability to leverage Fiori apps for streamlined workflows and user experience
  • Strong communication and Stakeholder management skills with experience in managing client relationships and coordinating across teams (third-party, technical, and client teams).
  • Facilitate agile methodologies where applicable, contributing to efficient and adaptive project delivery.
  • Knowledge about reporting and capabilities of SAP Analytics cloud and Sales Reporting would be a plus
  • Ability to drive user adoption and ensure a smooth transformation
  • Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions.
  • Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleagues
  • Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position
  • English and German fluency are mandatory.
