We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site technical assistance at the office and manufacturing facility of a leading automotive client. You will maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, manage systems and applications, and support end-users. Your role will involve responding to incidents, mitigating risks, and supporting the implementation of new IT solutions to improve operational efficiency. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment with complex IT systems and can manage priorities in a dynamic setting, this position is ideal for you.
Your responsibilities
Providing IT operations support by handling tasks related to production, quality, logistics, and resolving network or infrastructure issuesDiagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software on the shop floor or in the control center, following available documentationManaging system tickets by creating, updating, and closing requests to ensure efficient problem resolutionMaintaining network infrastructure and devices through patching, troubleshooting, and overseeing the proper functioning of the shop floor equipmentOur requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in direct technical support for users and IT infrastructure, including servers and networksGerman language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level and English proficiency at a minimum of B1 levelReadiness to work in a 24 / 7 shift system, limited to the factory in JaworMotivation for continuous learning and professional development in a dynamic technical environmentResiding in Poland requiredOptional
Experience with ticketing systemsFamiliarity with TeamViewer, RDP, Remote Desktop, VPNCareer development plans in the IT fieldBasic knowledge of ITIL.What we offer
