Working As a ServiceNow AI Engineer, You Will

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on Now Assist Skills and Agents.
• Map and optimize business processes to maximize efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize modules including ITOM, TPSM, and CSM to support enterprise-wide needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Virtual Agent Designer.
• Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with best practices, standards, and security policies.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered features to enhance user and customer experiences on ServiceNow.
