Dla jednego z naszych klientów, firmy produkcyjnej która przenosi obecnie procesy finansowe z Francji, poszukujemy osoby

na stanowisko : AP accountant z językiem francuskim

oferujemy

umowę o pracę (3 m-ce okresu próbnego),
wynagrodzenie 12 000zl brutto,
model pracy : hybrydowy (1-2 dni w biurze),
niezbędne narzędzia do pracy,
pełne przeszkolenie oraz wsparcie podczas okresu próbnego,
wspaniałą atmosferę pracy w zgranym zespole.

zadania

weryfikacja i przygotowywanie faktur dla klientów w systemach Sage 100 i ODOO,

nadzór nad pracą asystenta księgowego,

analiza i uzgadnianie kont dostawców,

kontakt z dostawcami w bieżących sprawach,

przetwarzanie faktur zakupowych i realizacja płatności,

przeprowadzanie uzgodnień bankowych,

księgowanie operacji na koniec miesiąca (m.in. rozliczenia międzyokresowe bierne i kosztowe, wycena zapasów).

oczekujemy

wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu finansów i rachunkowości,

doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku, mile widziane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu księgowością kilku podmiotów / spółek,

umiejętność zarządzania priorytetami i pracy w zespole,

dokładność, dobre umiejętności analityczne i interpersonalne,

biegła znajomość języka francuskiego B2-C1 (warunek konieczny) oraz angielskiego (B1-B2).

znajomość narzędzi Google Workspace i pakietu MS Office.
