At their Warsaw Technology Center, they’re creating not only high-quality embedded and software solutions, but also a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.

To support the growth of our development teams, we are looking for a  Python Instructor / Coach  who will guide our engineers in learning and applying Python — in real-world projects that matter.

This is a unique role : you'll teach, inspire, and mentor a team of highly skilled professionals, while remaining flexible in your availability. It’s a part-time, on-site position (3 days / week), ideal for someone who wants to  blend hands-on technical knowledge with a passion for education.

Python Instructor

Your responsibilities :

• Delivering engaging and practical  Python training sessions  tailored to engineering teams (embedded, QA, software).
• Designing and adapting learning materials based on learners' technical backgrounds and experience levels.
• Coaching team members through  code reviews , hands-on exercises, and project-based learning.
• Supporting the development of internal Python coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborating with managers and team leads to track learning progress and provide feedback.
