We’re looking for Consultant / Sr. Consultant with expertise in BPRA (Business Planning Reporting & Analytics), and BPRA Process Assessment assignments. Also, experience in, Financial Accounting and Reporting domain is an added advantage to join the global EY - Finance Consulting team. Your key responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting Processes, Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation, and Controllership.
- Perform cost accounting and cost categorization (People & Non-people costs).
- Identify improvement opportunities in the BPRA domain.
Process Design and Optimization
Focus on the design and implementation of operating models in BPRA.Process redesign and optimization (AS-IS & TO-BE) leveraging BPM tools.Standardize and streamline close processes using leading practices and technology.Reporting and Analysis
Identify KPIs for CXO reporting and dashboarding.Build management reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, OneStream, Jedox, Anaplan, Hyperion, and Board EPM.Perform vendor analysis and prepare relevant analysis reports for clients.Collaboration and Support
Partner directly with onshore finance teams / clients to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.Manage and supervise project teams.Technical Knowledge and Skills
Design, configure, and implement BPRA processes in EPM tools.Configuration and knowledge of activity-based costing models.Good knowledge of ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL is a plus.Familiarity with finance functions such as Record to Report, account reconciliations, and fixed assets management.Understanding of financial close activities for month, quarter, and annual periods.Working knowledge of GBS / SSC setup engagements.Knowledge of the BPRA service delivery model.Translate business requirements into technical specifications (good to have).Additional Requirements

CA, CFA, CPA, OR Master’s in business administration in Finance3-5 years (for Staff level) and 7-10 years (for Senior level) of work experience in BPRA projectsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAnaplan / Tagetik / Oracle PBCS and EPBCS / Power BI / Tableau / OneStream / Board and relevant EPM toolsIdeally, you’ll also have
