Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing the financial controls and financial health of programs
  • Forecasting revenue and cost recognition on milestone achievements
  • Analyze and communicate program financials and budget variances.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve shared goals
  • Business partnering with Project Managers and Site Leaders
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and proactively address challenges.
  • Enhance and streamline processes.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Finance Business Partners, and P&L Owners to ensure the financial health of programs.
  • Lead forecasting activities for pre-production phases at the program and site levels.
  • Support large program financials across the division, working closely with finance and P&L owners.
  • Establish project and work breakdown structures in Project Systems, adhering to the program accounting manual and governance
  • Identify financial risks based on spending patterns and work breakdown structures linked to sales orders.
  • Reallocate program budgets based on approved scope changes.
  • Compile financial status reports to support monthly invoicing.
  • Drive audit activities and manage corrections for labor interfaces.
  • Support program review by compiling health reports from multiple systems such as Celoxis and SAP, including timelines, milestones, dashboards, risks, scope management, and financial health.
  • Foster a strong environment of business partnership, knowledge sharing, and principled entrepreneurship.

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Knowledge in forecasting processes.
  • Background in Finance / Accounting.
  • Proficiency with SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data consolidation).
  • Experience with budgets and financial management.
