RTR Team Leader

Your responsibilities

  • Managing a team of RTR accountants with varying levels of expertise.
  • Assign tasks, delegate projects, and balance individual workloads effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations, including month / quarter / year-end closings, ensuring high-quality accounting services.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members, identifying development needs.
  • Define and monitor internal controls and KPIs, understanding their impact.
  • Perform and approve closing tasks, reconciliations, and analyses according to group schedules.
  • Provide backup support to other RtR team members when needed.
  • Collaborate with the CI Team to identify automation opportunities and maintain existing processes.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements, contributing to global process standardization.
  • Cooperate with internal and external auditors.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively while managing stakeholder interactions.

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end RTR processes, experience in financial statements preparation, and accounting principles.
  • Experience in managing a team of accountants with varying levels of expertise.
  • Ability to assign tasks, delegate projects, and balance individual workloads effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to defend ideas and solutions to an audience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Finance.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
