We are looking for a RPA Developer Trainee to enhance great customer experience and simplify our daily work by configuring robotics solutions in Blue Prism.

About this opportunity

We’re more than just a Nordic bank, we’re a large employer in Poland skilled in automation – one of the biggest Robotics hub in Europe – already team of around 40 developers. With us, you’ll work with international teams sustaining 400 live operating robots and designing new ones.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Collaborating closely with a dedicated Robotics Product Owner (RPO) and business stakeholders to understand requirements, plan and execute development work
  • Designing processes and configuring objects within Blue Prism
  • Testing solutions in cooperation with process experts and RPA controllers to secure a stable launch to production
  • Co-creating documentation for automated processes
  • Maintaining existing robots and implementing changes to them if required

The role is based in Łódź.

  • Desire to grow in the process automation area

  • Process analysis skills and ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations
  • Good eye for detail, along with the ability to see the big picture
  • Experience working in groups and teams
  • Experience facilitating online meetings and doing the presentations
  • Experience working according to Agile methodology (advantage)
