Partner Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement marketing initiatives such as webinars, email campaigns, tradeshows, joint content, and other demand-gen activities.
  • Create and maintain an annual partner marketing strategy and calendar, including events, KPIs, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team (graphic design, content, PPC, events) to produce campaign materials and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support distribution partners in executing marketing campaigns to reach their end-users, providing them with assets, content, and strategic guidance own our presence on partner marketplaces - updates & upgrades
  • Own SALESmanago’s presence at industry and partner events – coordinating logistics, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers (PAMs) and Sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives and leverage feedback for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Partner with the RevOps team to measure and optimise the impact of partner campaigns using internal tools and systems.
  • Assist in the development and execution of joint GTM strategies for new partnerships and product launches.
  • Manage partner marketing tools, including the partner directory and PRM system.
  • Ensure all partner-related content, announcements, and case studies are aligned with the overall brand and communications strategy.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related B2B marketing role
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sectors is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing joint campaigns with external partners
  • Sales orientation utilising marketing to driving new business
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Polish & English, other languages are an asset
  • Ability to travel to international events
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM, and partner portals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to create simple marketing assets in Canva
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
