We’re an e-commerce company with over 7 years of experience across Ukraine, the EU, and the U.S. Our business spans three main areas : B2B SaaS tools for marketplace sellers, agency services for Ukrainian brands expanding into European marketplaces, and a growing Amazon wholesale operation in the U.S. We’re now strengthening our sourcing team to support continued growth in the wholesale direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and evaluate U.S.-based wholesale suppliers and distributors
  • Analyze product profitability (ROI, margins, competition, rank) using industry-standard tools
  • Initiate and manage communication with suppliers via email and (optionally) phone
  • Secure access to supplier accounts, request pricing, and coordinate onboarding
  • Track and report progress across sourcing funnels
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with active suppliers
  • Tools You’ll Work With

  • Keepa – for pricing history, sales trends, Buy Box tracking
  • SmartScout, Helium 10, SellerAssistant – for ASIN evaluation and supplier mapping
  • Google Sheets / Excel – for profitability models and supplier tracking
  • Internal checklists, scoring templates, and sourcing SOPs
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ months of direct experience in Amazon wholesale product research
  • Strong analytical thinking and familiarity with sourcing flows and ASIN validation
  • Independent work ethic and ability to follow structured sourcing logic
  • Written English proficiency for professional correspondence (spoken English is a plus)
  • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
  • Open-minded, respectful, and aligned with a pragmatic, task-oriented environment
