Job descriptionsupporting the development of a global controlling framework and contributing to the strategic direction of the Business Unit (BU); collaborating closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong business partnering; enriching budgeting and forecasting processes; driving standardization and continuous improvement within MGS controlling; actively participating in building a new BU setup and promoting a culture of progress and change.
Our requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field;
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably with professional experience from other companies with global corporate structures;
- fluent in English (written and spoken);
- strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerBI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), initial knowledge of AI desirable;
- combination of an analytical mindset with a structured working style and a strong sense of team collaboration;
- curiosity, courage and strong willingness to embrace change make you a driving force in shaping our future .
