Your responsibilities

  • Leading all projects from tax perspective, e.g. acquisitions or mergers, liquidation of companies in the DSV Group in Poland, tax reviews, inspections of tax authorities, including cooperation with external tax advisors in structuring planned transactions, conducting tax due diligence, preparing applications for tax binding rulings, etc.,
  • providing advice on Polish tax law to local accounting and business,
  • assistance in collecting documentation and coordination of work in connection with the preparation of TP documentation for companies from the DSV Group in Poland,
  • periodic verification of the correctness of CIT calculations prepared by Chief Accountants for companies from the DSV Group in Poland,
  • coordination of work on the preparation and submission of MDR reports,
  • archiving all documentation related to ongoing projects,
  • ongoing monitoring of tax changes and initiating actions to be taken.

Our requirements

  • higher education, preferred fields of studies - finance and accounting, law, related majors,
  • 4-5 years of experience in a tax advisory company or in the internal tax department in the area of VAT and CIT, including TP and WHT, as well as MDR,
  • experience in preparing tax calculations, with particular emphasis on CIT (tax compliance),
  • independence and good organization of own work,
  • communicativeness, transparency, focus on cooperation,
  • responsibility for work and proactive approach to tasks,
  • very good level in written and spoken English.
