Customer Service with German

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist with German for one of our clients, a global company specializing in business process outsourcing, customer service, technical support, sales, and digital solutions.

Job description :

• Providing telephone technical support to users of consumer electronics and household appliances
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Providing information about products and their functionality
• Entering reports into the system

Expectations :

Proficient knowledge of German (C1)

Good knowledge of English (B1 / B2)

Communicative skills, willingness to work with customers

Offer :

Full-time

Employment contract or contract of mandate

Work from Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., Saturdays 10 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

Minimum availability 120 hours per month
