Designing and refining solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs)Developing and enhancing machine learning and deep learning pipelines for training, testing, and inference on modern GPU / CPU hardware and in cloud-based environmentsCreating ML / DL systems tailored to meet production-grade performance and scalability needsBuilding and improving data and inference pipelines for deployment in production environmentsBringing AI and ML models into production environments to deliver real-world valueConducting data analysis, preprocessing, and preparation, including dataset transformation and initializationOur requirements
Over 4 years of professional experience working on machine learning or ML-driven software engineering projectsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related disciplineStrong programming skills, particularly in PythonProficiency in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or similarFamiliarity with modern NLP libraries and toolkits, including Hugging Face TransformersPractical experience in Natural Language Processing and / or Information RetrievalIn-depth knowledge of deep learning techniques and architecturesStrong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesOptional
Hands-on experience working in a Linux environmentBackground in designing efficient algorithms and data structuresExperience developing solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs)Familiarity with deploying and running inference using serving enginesTrack record of published research in areas related to the roleBenefits
