Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design and build reliable, scalable backend systems using modern cloud technologies. Architect, implement, and support robust and scalable backend solutions. Develop and enhance microservice architectures within cloud-native environments. Ensure backend systems meet high standards for speed, security, and availability. Work closely with diverse teams to define technical approaches and share best practices. Promote continual enhancements in software deployment and operational processes. Proficient in Java (version 17 or newer). Strong expertise with AWS cloud services, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration. Experience working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and search tools like ElasticSearch. Familiar with CI / CD pipelines, especially using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Skilled in asynchronous messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka) and synchronous communication using gRPC. Solid understanding of distributed architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems. Experience with reactive programming using frameworks such as Spring WebFlux or Vert.x.
